I do not collect application fees, security deposits, or rent payments directly.

• 👉 Never send money through PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, wire transfer, or any other direct payment method to anyone claiming to be the owner or representative—unless it’s through the official property management company or listing brokerage.


• 👉 The only secure way to apply for a rental or submit payment is through the official website or application portal provided by the listing brokerage or property manager. I’ll always give you the correct link directly or confirm it in writing.


• 👉 If someone contacts you asking for money outside of those approved channels, it’s a scam. Report it immediately.
